David L. Turney has been DRI Corporation Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President since May 1998, and a DRI director since May 1996.
Mr. Turney was co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Robinson Turney International, Inc., which was merged into DRI in April 1998. A consulting firm, Robinson Turney International, Inc. engaged in business development, marketing services, advisory services, and merger, acquisition and financing assignments for selected clients. Until the merger, DRI was a Robinson Turney International, Inc. client and all Robinson Turney International, Inc. clients were in the transit and transportation equipment industries.
From March 1994 to December 1995, Mr. Turney was also engaged in strategic planning and development consulting services for his former employer, Mark IV Industries, Inc. (Mark IV), a New York Stock Exchange listed company prior to its acquisition by a private investor. Mr. Turney founded the Mark IV Transportation Products Group, a group of nine companies, subsidiaries and operating units serving transit and transportation markets worldwide, and served as its Group Executive from February 1991 to February 1994. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Turney was President of the Luminator division of Gulton Industries, Inc., which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mark IV in 1987.
Prior to 1984, Mr. Turney served in various managerial and engineering capacities in four corporations spanning the telecommunications, industrial hard goods, consumer electronics, and electromagnetic components industries.
Mr. Turney is active in the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). A former chair of APTA's Business Members group, he presently serves on the APTA Executive Committee and the Board of Directors, as well as other industry elected and appointed positions. He is a trustee of the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose (California) State University.
Mr. Turney received his B.S. degree in industrial management from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, and he has participated in numerous postgraduate study courses in finance, mergers and acquisitions, public company administration, and operations. |

| Stephen P. Slay |
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer - DRI Corporation

Stephen P. Slay has been DRI’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer since March 2007.
Mr. Slay served as the Company’s Corporate Controller from April 2006 to March 2007. From August 2005 to April 2006, he was engaged as the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance consultant. Mr. Slay has been an important resource for the Company’s Securities and Exchange Commission and internal reporting, planning, and compliance matters.
From September 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Slay served as Corporate Controller at Axtive Corporation (OTC: AXTC) in Dallas, Texas. As the principal accounting and financial officer, he was responsible for administering all accounting, finance and treasury functions for the public company and its subsidiaries.
From July 1998 to September 2003, Mr. Slay was Manager, Channels Finance, at McAfee, Inc. (fka Network Associates, Inc.), in Dallas. While there, he developed and implemented policies and procedures for controlling the company’s expenditures, developed and implemented policies and procedures for accurate tracking and reporting services, and developed models for forecasting revenues and expenses.
Prior to July 1998, Mr. Slay was Controller at Zane Publishing, Inc., Dallas, and held senior- and manager-level accounting positions at Greyhound Lines, Inc., Dallas; BancTEXAS Group, Inc., Dallas; and Arthur Andersen & Company, Oklahoma City, Okla.
A 1985 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Slay majored in Accounting.

| Lawrence A. Hagemann |
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Assistant Secretary- DRI Corporation

Lawrence A. Hagemann, the Company's Chief Operating Officer of North Carolina Operations since August 2002 and a highly experienced engineer, assumed the responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in December 2005. He also is Assistant Secretary.
Mr. Hagemann has held several DRI leadership positions since 1998, when he first joined the Company. He has more than 15 years' transit-industry experience, including extensive experience in advanced software and micro-processor systems.
From July 1995 to July 1996, Mr. Hagemann was Vice President of ADDAX Sound Company, a privately held company in Illinois. From April 1991 to December 1993, he served as Assistant to the President of Vapor-Mark IV in Illinois. From 1973 to 1990, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Extel Corporation in Illinois, as well as a Director of Excom Communications Limited in Slough, England, and Extel Overseas Limited in Hong Kong.
A 1967 graduate of the University of Detroit, Mr. Hagemann earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1972, he earned an M.B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago.
Mr. Hagemann and his wife, Karen, reside in Raleigh, N.C. He has two grown daughters and enjoys playing classical piano. |

| Rob R. Taylor |
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer – North Carolina Operations

Rob R. Taylor has been Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s North Carolina Operations, located in Research Triangle Park, N.C., since November 2006.
Mr. Taylor joined the Company in February 2005. He was named the Company’s Vice President, Marketing for the Digital Recorders, Inc. subsidiary and TwinVision na, Inc. subsidiary, both located in Durham, N.C., in April 2006.
Before joining the Company, Mr. Taylor served in several executive management positions. Mr. Taylor also enjoyed a long career with Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., based in Irvine, Calif. While there, he served as Vice President Sales, Vice President Discrete/Analog Business Unit, Vice President Sales Computing/Digital Consumer Segment, Director Memory Marketing, and in other management positions.
Mr. Taylor has more than 28 years' experience in the electronics and digital video industries serving the computing, industrial, and transportation markets. |

| Oliver Wels |
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer – Mobitec Group

Oliver Wels has more than 20 years’ experience in the bus and coach industry. He has been Managing Director of DRI’s Mobitec AB subsidiary in Sweden since July 2007. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the Company’s Mobitec GmbH subsidiary in Germany from March 2005 to July 2007.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wels held key positions at Carrier Sütrak, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carrier Corporation/United Technologies in Syracuse, N.Y., that provides air conditioning products for buses, coaches, and rail cars in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. While there, he served as Sales Director from 2001 to 2005 and managed the marketing and distribution network development program from 1998 to 2001.
From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Wels served as Product Manager for Mobitec® products in Germany under an agreement between Mobitec AB and Carrier Sütrak.
From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Wels was Bus and Coach Sales Manager for Western Europe at Ortner and Gollmann, a sales and distribution company based in Germany. From 1983 to 1986, Mr. Wels served that organization as a trainee.
Mr. Wels holds an MBA in General Management from Sankt Gallen University in Switzerland.
Mr. Wels and his wife, Monika, reside in Aichtal, Germany. They have one daughter, Annalena. The family enjoys sports, the cinema, reading books, and vacationing in the Tuscany region of Italy. Mr. Wels also enjoys working in his garden and practicing archery. |

| William F. Fay Jr. |

William F. Fay Jr. has more than 20 years' transit-industry experience, including extensive experience working directly with transit and school bus original equipment manufacturers and their customers.
In August 2005, Mr. Fay joined DRI Corporation as Vice President, General Manager of its TwinVision na, Inc. subsidiary in Durham, N.C. In May 2008, he also assumed responsibility for the Company’s Digital Recorders, Inc. subsidiary, also based in Durham, N.C.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fay was Regional Sales Manager at Eldorado National in Macon, Ga., and Riverside, Calif. While there, he served as liaison between the factory and distributors, and assisted in all aspects of sales, including the development and execution of sales strategies for factory-direct products and targeted niche markets.
From 1993 to 2004, Mr. Fay worked in various sales and marketing management positions with Blue Bird Corporation in Fort Valley, Ga., Scottsdale, Ariz., and Chelmsford, Mass.
From 1986 to 1993, Mr. Fay worked in various management positions at Commonwealth Thomas, Inc. in Milford, N.H., where he was responsible for the coordination of all aspects of school and commercial product lines.
A 1986 graduate of the University of Lowell in Lowell, Mass., Mr. Fay earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on design and material management.
Mr. Fay and wife, Lida, have two children. The family resides in North Carolina. |

| Michael E. Williams |
Vice President, Engineering – North Carolina Operations

Michael E. Williams has been Vice President, Engineering of the Company’s North Carolina Operations, located in Durham, N.C., since November 2007.
Mr. Williams has more than 20 years’ engineering experience with an emphasis on systems and software. He also has six years' executive leadership experience in developing and deploying intelligent transportation systems for the automotive industry.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Williams served as Senior Director, Global Engineering at Gilbarco, Inc., in Greensboro, N.C., where he was responsible for electronics and software development for dispenser control and secure payment terminals for worldwide markets.
From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Williams was Senior Manager, Engineering and Program Management at Bose Corporation in Framingham, Mass. In this role, he led the definition, design, and development of the first Bose®-branded automotive infotainment system.
From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Williams was Director, Engineering and Program Management - Broadband Access Terminals at STMicroelectronics (formerly Alcatel Microelectronics) in Raleigh, N.C.
From 1984 to 2001, Mr. Williams was with Motorola, Inc., where he held various engineering and leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including Global Director, Embedded Engineering for the Telematics Communications Group. In this role, he led U.S. and European engineering teams in developing and delivering Telematics products to automotive OEMs.
During his career, Mr. Williams has been issued multiple patents and has received a variety of awards for engineering, leadership, and civic involvement.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz. |

| Veronica B. Marks |
Corporate Communications Manager and Assistant Secretary – DRI Corporation

Veronica B. Marks has been with DRI Corporation since July 2001. As Corporate Communications Manager and Assistant Secretary, she is responsible for the Company’s marketing/communications, investor and public relations, intellectual property, and employee benefits programs.
Before joining the Company, Ms. Marks was Acting Marketing Manager at H.D. Vest Financial Services, a non-bank subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co in Irving, Texas. In addition to holding other marketing/communications and investor relations positions, she previously sold securities and life insurance products for Edward Jones Investments, a multi-national broker/dealer based in St. Louis, Mo.
An award-winning writer, Ms. Marks is a member of the Press Club of Dallas, the International Association of Business Communicators and its Dallas Chapter, and the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI) and its Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. She has served on the NIRI Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter’s Board of Directors since June 2005.
A 1986 graduate of The University of Tulsa, Ms. Marks earned a bachelor's degree in Communications. In addition, she has passed the Series 7 and Series 63 securities examinations, as well as the Texas Group I (life/health insurance) examination. Ms. Marks also holds a current Texas Notary Public commission.
She also is an active member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, the Carrollton Evening Lions Club, Phi Mu Fraternity, and the Dallas Area Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter.
Ms. Marks and her husband, Jim, reside in Lewisville, Texas. They have two children, James and Andrew.
